We specialise in the design, construction, and installation of bespoke garden rooms for residential clients. Services include:

  • Initial consultation (free of charge)

  • Bespoke design and quotations

  • Full installation and build

  • Optional extras and customisation

  • Aftercare and maintenance services

All services provided are subject to a separate written quotation and agreement.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices displayed on the website are indicative only and subject to a personalised, written quotation.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit will be required to secure your build slot — this will be detailed in your quotation.

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement with us.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to the build site.

  • It is your responsibility to check whether planning permission is required (although we will advise where possible).

  • Any necessary permissions or consents must be secured prior to the build start date.

7. Warranties & Aftercare

We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all garden rooms.
Optional aftercare services are available, such as annual health checks and cedar re-oiling, which are chargeable.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. severe weather)

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the garden room in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, and designs on this website, is owned by or licensed to Bucks Garden Rooms and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
