At Bucks Garden Rooms, every garden room is completely bespoke — but for guidance, prices start from £1,300 + VAT per square metre.

Our starting price covers the full build — no hidden extras. Every garden room includes:

• Ground screw foundations with a 25-year guarantee

• Complete construction and installation

• 90mm wall insulation and 100mm in the floors & 140mm in the ceilings

• Double glazing with Pilkington K glass

• Rubber membrane roof with a 25-year guarantee

• Electrical connection to your house

  Internet connection (wired from your existing router)

• Recessed spotlights inside, exterior lighting outside

• Recessed double sockets

• Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring — choice of colours

• EPC 'A' rated for energy efficiency

• Wall-mounted electric heater

• Canadian Western Red Cedar cladding

Optional Extras

You can personalise your garden room with a range of optional upgrades and custom features, including:

Aftercare & Warranty

All our garden rooms come with a 10-year structural warranty, plus an optional annual health check (roof, windows, cedar re-oiling) for £450 + VAT.
