In most cases, no. Our garden rooms are designed to fall within permitted development rights, so you typically won’t need planning permission.
However, there are exceptions, such as if your property is listed, in a conservation area, or you want a particularly large structure. We’ll guide you through any requirements during the consultation.
Most of our garden rooms are completed within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on size, complexity, and site access. We’ll give you a clear timeline before work begins.
Yes — all our garden rooms are fully insulated and built with energy-efficient materials. Optional heating, cooling, and ventilation systems can be added for maximum comfort in every season.
Our base price of £1,300 + VAT per m² includes:
- Ground screw foundations
- Complete construction & installation
- Plastered walls & ceiling
- Electrical connection from your home
- Internet connection
- Internal lighting (recessed spotlights)
- Exterior lighting
- Wall-mounted electric heater
- Range of flooring options
- Canadian Western Red Cedar cladding
You can also add optional extras like additional windows, bi-fold doors, bathrooms, and more.
Costs vary depending on size, specification, and optional extras. As a guide:
- A 3m x 3m room: from £11,700 + VAT
- A 5m x 4m room: from £26,000 + VAT
- A 7m x 4m room: from £36,400 + VAT
We provide a fixed-price quote after your consultation, with no hidden fees.
We use ground screws, which are an eco-friendly and non-invasive foundation solution. They’re fast to install, minimise disruption to your garden, and provide a stable base for your garden room.
Absolutely. Every garden room we build is bespoke — tailored to your space, needs, and style preferences. From layout and finishes to optional extras, we’ll help you create a space that’s unique to you.
Yes — all our garden rooms come with a 10-year structural warranty. We also offer an optional annual health check service to keep your space in top condition, covering inspections and maintenance such as cedar re-oiling.
We don’t currently offer finance directly, but we’re happy to provide fixed quotations that you can use to secure finance from a provider of your choice.
