Bucks Garden rooms design and build bespoke garden rooms tailored to your individual specification. All of our garden rooms are completed from start to finish on-site by our skilled team. You are not required to organise any services to complete your garden room. Your assigned project manager will guide you through the build, checking key decisions with you every step of the way.

Planning
The majority of Garden rooms don’t need planning permission as they fall under the permitted development rights. Garden Rooms are not permitted to take up more than 50% of the area of land and must be no more than 2.5m in height if within 2m of a boundary. If the Garden Room measures more than 30m² internally you will need to apply for Building Regulations. This is a straightforward process and Bucks Garden Rooms will be happy to advise you. Your assigned project manager will carry out their on-site survey to see exactly what is possible in your space.
Bespoke Design
Once your assigned Bucks Garden Rooms project manager has carried out an on-site survey, maximising the versatility of your space, together we can start to plan your Garden Room. You can choose the overall size of your garden room, deciding location and style of windows and doors.
Your bespoke garden room comes with all this as standard.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job building my new Garden Room Office. I had a very specific sized plot that I needed to fit a room onto and nothing I could find off the shelf looked very nice nor would fit. Richard was the only person out the several firms I contacted that actually took the time to come and see the available space. He talked me through the construction of the office and had an example section of wall that clearly showed the inside, outside and insulation which was fantastic. Following everything that we discussed during that initial visit I had the confidence that they would build exactly what I needed, fully tailored to my specifications. Then, throughout the build, Richard and his team were very friendly, hard working and professional and we loved having them here.

Bucks Garden Rooms come with a 10 year warranty.
We all know time flies. To ensure the look and life of your garden room, we recommend our health check to be performed annually. This covers a roof inspection, window inspection, re-oil of the cedar (If previously oiled) and a chat about the weather.
Checks and re-oil are charged at £450
